Finally finished a painting! This one is from a photo taken by Lesley Crane, my little sister and a talented photographer. She loves taking pictures of people. She has her work on Myspace, Happy Adventures. I decided to paint it at sunset. Robin says it reminds her of a Native American piece. I was originally going to use oils, which is kind of where I got the idea for the colors I used, but changed my mind just before I began. As usual, I have a feeling that it's not finished. Probably because I've been working on it so long that I can't believe it's done. Passage. Acrylic on canvas, 24 X 48.
